AIR-TO-AIR TRANSFER: Technical possibility of lowering the stuntman down a rope from one airplane to another.

		Evaluate optimum airspeed needed for external movement while in flight: airspeed 100 kts. getting out is possible, mobility on the plane almost uncontrollable. airspeed 90 kts. much better, slower flight required. airspeed 80 kts w/Flaps 10°: standing on the plane not possible, moving on the knees with a rope possible.
